Returns can be made if they meet the following requirements:
- Make the return within 14 days from the delivery date
- Items must be returned intact and unused, with tags still intact and attached and the original packaging included.
- If a product has an IFALY anti-theft seal or a brand seal, the item must be returned with the seal in its original position.
